The machines were cleaning based on aerodynamics and the surface speed difference of seed and impurities, adjusting the seed of the air current. As impurities are light, they are sucked into the cyclone duster, while seed is heavy and is transferred into a vibrating screen. The vibrating screen has Three or Four layers sieves with four or five outlet which eject large impurities, small impurities and seed respectively, The vibration screen used for separating seeds according different sizes.
This series of products not only has the function of cleaning seeds and grain, but also integrates wheat huller or maize sheller, which has the characteristics of one machine and multi-function.
This series of products integrates the functions of air aspiration, gravity table and vibration screener. It can achieve high seed cleaning cleanliness. It has the characteristics of multi-purpose and high output.
The seed gravity separator of our company can be selected according to the difference crops and processing capacity of customers. It can effectively remove impurities with light bulk density and bad grains, such as moth eaten seeds, moldy seeds, underdeveloped seeds, etc.
Seed coating machine is an important production tool for seed processing. It is mainly used to coat various grain seeds with seed coating agent, such as wheat, corn, rice, cotton, peanut, bean seeds, etc.
According to the gravity difference of materials, remove heavy impurities such as stones, earth blocks and small mud in materials. By adjusting the parameters such as wind pressure and amplitude, the stones with large specific gravity will sink to the bottom and move from low to high against the screen surface, and the crops with small specific gravity will be suspended on the surface from high to low, so as to achieve the purpose of separation and stone removal.
It is widely used in seed, food, chemical and other industries. It is suitable for automatic metering and packaging of flake and block materials in cereals, feed, traditional Chinese medicine, chemical industry and other industries. Fast, medium and slow three-stage feeding, and slow feeding is vibration feeding to prevent sheet and block materials from blocking the blanking channel.

Based on the principle that the different shape and specific gravity of materials cause different sliding friction coefficient and rolling friction coefficient under the action of gravity acceleration, the materials are processed and sorted. The longitudinal and transverse inclination angles can be adjusted arbitrarily.
